360 Underwriting Solutions is a Broker-centric underwriting agency dedicated to the provision of specialist Insurance solutions for Brokers and their customers. Our New Zealand business has built on the success of the 360 Underwriting Solutions business in Australia, and will continue to deliver innovative cover and solutions to the New Zealand market.
360 Underwriting Solutions foundation product in Australia was the purchase of the 360 Commercial product and team from the AUB Group.  Since then, the Australian business has grown to 17 products  including Accident & Health, Aviation, Farm, Commercial Motor and Cyber products.  To have achieved so much in its first 6 years of operation demonstrates the ability of the directors to attract talented underwriters, instil confidence in our security providers and drive growth through long-standing and valuable Broker relationships.
2021 saw the business expand into the New Zealand market with the acquisition of heavy plant & machinery agency, TLC Insurance and more recently 360 Commercial, with further plans for growth in this market.
Co-owners and fellow directors, Denis Morrissey and Chris Lynch, are committed to creating a set of values that anchor the business to its Brokers and their clients, delivering genuine value to both. These values will be built upon the importance of thinking fast and acting faster.

Having acquired the 360 Commercial product and team from the AUB Group in 2017, 360 will continue to invest in the heritage of the brand and the Commercial product. At the same time, we will actively explore new product frontiers as an innovative underwriting agency, seeking value for our Clients. The Aerocool Rescue Helicopter provides a 24-hour air emergency medical service to the Coastal Bay of Plenty Region in the North Island. Since the service was founded in 2000, it has touched the lives of more than a thousand patients.
Specially equipped for rescues, the Aerocool Rescue Helicopter attends search and rescue missions, operations involving a winch, night operations, time-critical inter-hospital transfers, and provide assistance to NZ Fire, Land Search and Rescue and the Armed Offender Squad.
These missions wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and skill of the incredible team of men and women who make up the crew of the Aerocool Rescue Helicopter. The flight workforce consists of full-time experienced Critical Care Flight Paramedics (CCFP), Crewmen and Pilots. Each member of the team brings a specialist skillset, enhancing the safety and efficiency of rescue missions.
