Anishka joined TLC Insurance in 2023 as Underwriting Support, quickly showing her talent she was promoted to Underwriter in 2024. Anishka is a qualified lawyer in her homeland of Sri Lanka, moving to New Zealand in April 2023 and joining TLC soon after.

- Describe your first week at 360?
Insurance was a completely new industry for me when I started, so I was nervous but also really excited. I spent my first week getting to know our amazing team who were so warm and welcoming, learning new systems and gradually getting a feel for life at TLC and how the world of insurance works! - If you had to host a dinner party with any 3 guests, who would they be and why?
1. Mark Cuban, to get the inside scoop on Shark Tank and a masterclass on investing
2. Max Verstappen, the GOAT of Formula 1 in my opinion
3. My best friend from Sri Lanka because I couldn’t not have her there for the laughs - What was your first job?
Legal Intern at a law firm in Sri Lanka - What was the first concert you attended?
The Vienna Boys Choir with my grandma and brother when I was 7 (if I remember right!) - If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why?
Italy would be an easy choice for me because of the history and culture, and Italian is one of my favourite cuisines. It would also be the perfect base to explore Europe for a year. - What would the title of your autobiography be?

My mum-she’s awesome and someone I’ll always look up to.
- What’s the best way to start the day?
With a cup of hot chocolate!
- What’s something you’ve been meaning to try but haven’t gotten around to?
Skydiving. I’m keeping my parents calm for now, but it’s definitely on my bucket list!! - What are you reading/watching currently?
DestinationX - Where is the most interesting place you’ve been?
I’d have to say Turkey. It’s such a vibrant country with so much history and Istanbul was always buzzing! - Who’s your go to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to?
