What is the 360 Compass Web Portal?
Compass is TLC’s custom-built online platform designed to streamline the way you do business with us. Effective from Wednesday, 1st October 2025, brokers can use Compass to access:
+ Mobile Plant – with enhanced risk-based pricing.
+ Commercial Motor – complete lifecycle management.
+ Combined Liability – submit an online proposal and one of our underwriters will be in contact with you.
What’s live now and what’s next?
From today, you can:
+ Quote and bind new business.
+ Endorse and make changes to any policies bound within Compass.
From January 2026, the ability to manage all future policy renewals will be available in Compass.
Changes to Mobile Plant Pricing
We’ve also introduced risk-based pricing for Mobile Plant, making our premiums more competitive in targeted industries. Instead of quoting a rate, Compass now provides a final premium figure – meaning no guesswork, no surprises, and no risk of misquoting.
And because we know time matters, the TLC team will process Compass endorsements the same day we receive them, so you and your clients can keep moving without delay.
