Getting to know Brooke:
- Describe your first week at 360?
My first week was very welcoming – I started with Kim, the two of us came to Tauranga where the team were very friendly. During our onboarding week, the TLC team had a team building activity (The Amazing Race), which was great fun and really helped solidify relationships with the whole TLC team! (Go White Team!) - If you had to host a dinner party with any 3 guests, who would they be and why?
1. Ryan Reynolds for the sarcasm and inappropriate jokes
2. Gordon Ramsay so he can angrily cook the meal and insult us while doing it
3. My Nan – Nan passed not long after I had my son. We were close – she would think this dinner table was a hoot! - What was your first job?
My first ever job was at the local dairy making ice creams when I was 15. My first insurance job was at SIS Insurance (for those who don’t know, this was a specialist insurer for people over the age of 55). I worked part time and was an office assistant – I did the mail, banking, filing etc. I then got the opportunity to learn about claims. SIS was then taken over by AA Insurance, where I stayed for a number of years (both in Christchurch and Auckland). - What was the first concert you attended?
Savage Garden (No judgement please!) - If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be and why?
Bali – its my favourite place! The local people are amazing, the food is too, and nothing beats their beach sunsets! - What would the title of your autobiography be?
‘I Survived the Group Chat’ - Who is someone your admire?
My Dad – 41 years old and my Dad is still my hero. - What’s the best way to start the day?
By convincing myself I’m a morning person (bold strategy), whilst preparing a large coffee. - What’s something you’ve been meaning to try but haven’t gotten around to?
I’ve been meaning to try going to the gym… you know, just to see what it looks like on the inside. Maybe even wave at a treadmill from a safe distance before heading straight to the smoothie bar.
