TLC Insurance is thrilled to announce the appointment of two outstanding professionals, Brooke Nowley and Kimberley Beach, who join our team as part of our continued investment in underwriting excellence and enhancing broker relationships. They join TLC as Underwriting Development Managers, tasked with building strong relationships with our key broking partners and providing the Solutions you want, Service you expect, from the People you know.
Brooke joins the TLC Insurance team with more than 20 years of industry experience across both claims management and commercial underwriting. In her most recent role, Brooke led a regional claims team, further strengthening her customer focus and leadership capability. Previously she spent several years as a commercial underwriter, where she developed deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of broker needs. Brooke brings a well-rounded perspective and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes to both brokers and their clients. Her knowledge of claims, combined with her underwriting experience, will help drive exceptional service and responsiveness across the South Island of New Zealand.
Kimberley joins TLC with more than eight years of experience in the insurance industry. Kimberley brings a strong background in broking and account management across a range of commercial and rural risks. Her focus on developing trusted broker relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining high service standards makes her a great fit for our growing team. Kimberley will be tasking with servicing brokers across the lower North Island and East Coast of the North Island.
