360 Commercial are pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Ihaka in the newly created role, Strategic Partnerships Manager. Rachel will be based in the 360 Underwriting Solutions office in Auckland and is looking forward to building on new and existing relationships within the broker network.
Rachel brings with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles with QBE, spanning 17 years across New Zealand and Australia. Her extensive background includes leading underwriting teams, relationship management, business operations and portfolio management. Rachel is passionate about finding innovative solutions and providing exceptional service to brokers, helping them navigate challenges and meet their needs, and the ever-changing needs of their clients.
Rachel’s role at 360 Commercial involves building strong relationships with our key broking partners to provide tailored solutions for New Zealand brokers. By developing strategies that enhance the customer experience, she will work to align our goals with yours. As the leader of the Underwriting Development Team, Rachel drives our growth objectives while championing our core values.
