Ryan has been the Executive Director of 360 Commercial (previously Rosser Underwriting) since June 2022. With an insurance career spanning 20 years, Ryan has held senior management and leadership roles in New Zealand and London and has led both Property & Liability portfolios with a focus on business performance. He is passionate about mentoring and getting the best out of people whilst thrives on getting to grips with difficult situations and finding solutions to do things no one thought could be done.
