The appointment of the following highly experienced Insurance Executives will expedite the transition of a number of operational services that have continued to be provided by SURA during 360’s first year of operation .
- Executive Director; Mid-Market Solutions – Andrew Borden
A successful industry leader with over 20 years’ experience across a broad range of insurance environments. Andrew has a strong track record leading sales and underwriting teams in both short and long-tail products including commercial packages, property, motor, liability, home warranty and workers compensation. Prior to his most recent role as Workers Compensation General Manager at QBE, Andrew held senior roles in Property, Casualty and Workers Compensation at both VERO and QBE. - Chief Information Officer – Theo Stevens
Theo will rely upon his vast experience and knowledge gained in key roles as a Management Consultant with Legato Consulting, Chief Information for AUB Group and Group Head of eCommerce for QBE Global Distribution, to drive the 360 Information Technology strategy and platforms. - Head of Claims – Norlie Dooma
Admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2007, Norlie was previously Claims Manager with AON in NSW and developed her vast experience in senior legal positions with Vardanega Roberts Lawyers, Komatsu Australia, Babcock & Brown, as well as Workers Compensation Legal roles for QBE and CGU. - National Sales Operations Manager – Stefani Klarin
Stefani will combine her extensive experience as a Senior Account Manager with McKenzie Ross and Marsh Insurance Brokers, and her most recent role as National Marketing & Development Manager with Solution Underwriting, to innovate, educate and promote the 360 experience to all of our Broker partners in Australia.
